Mantra Monday WEEK 1

Mantra Monday

My mantra for this week is, "This, too, shall pass". Every time something starts to annoy, irritate, worry, or stress me out, I repeat this mantra until I remember that nothing EVER stays the same for long! I will not ALWAYS feel annoyed/irritated/worried/stressed out. Just like times in the past that I have felt this way:


When I use mantras, I like 
to combine them with an Essential oil blend that corresponds to 
my purpose. In this instance I 
am using my Relax blend.

RELAX blend contains: Orange, Tangerine, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Tansy and Clary Sage Therapeutic Essential Oils, in a base of Almond oil and Vitamin E. I apply it to my temples, forehead, wrists and lower back. As I apply it, I repeat my mantra in my mind, letting go of everything else that is on my mind. I breathe in: inhaling peace, calm, and healing energy. Then I breathe out SLOWLY. While exhaling, I try to visualize all of the stress going out of my fingertips and leaving my body. I do this exercise when I first wake up, and a few times during the day if I am feeling especially stressed or worried. It really helps me to stay focused and positive, which results in more energy. When I feel energetic, everything seems easier, and life is definitely more enjoyable. Try it out, and see what you think!
